DBS hit by ATM fraud again

no point covering the keypad if the ATM has been compromised, eg when skimming device has been slotted into the card slot and you never knew it
it captures all your data on the magnetic strip and the key stroke of your pin number

All the affected ATM cards from the previous case were cancelled and new ATM cards were issued. Wonder how did this happen again. Think there are more issues than what has been reported in the news.

What I can’t understand is, why only DBS and not other bank? What have DBS gone wrong with their IT system?

my belief is that DBS has the most number of machines. Easier to find one to 下手. That means we should put our money in, say maybank? They dont have that many ATMs for one. -
