      Hi Fluffyboy,
You may want to consider Takada Bread Maker (ISB-1121) price at $150 from GMarket http://list.gmarket.com.sg/gmkt.inc/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=404169928&jaehuid=200004249

Just sharing this roti boy bread which i made some months back.
      http://i43.tinypic.com/34fy69h.jpg\">
I used the bread machine to knead the dough and rise. Then took it out add fillings, topping and bake in oven.
Gmarket having group buy sale for Takada Bread maker at $129. Anyone used this? Is it as good as the Japanese brands?

Btw, your Rotiboy is very tempting.

Hi. I\"m new to making bread from scratch. Just started last week and am already baking every alternate days. I've a bread machine but find making it from scratch somehow a lot more fulfilling 🙂 Does anyone know of a good bread recipe cook book; especially one that uses the Tangzhong/ water rtoux method?
