Seeking help on a physics question.

three conducting balls, X, Y and Z are suspended vertically, side by side, without touching each other, by light insulating threads. X is charged positively. Y is negatively charged. Z is positively charged.
The following procedures are carried out:
1> Z is earthed and the earthing connection is then removed.
2> Y&Z are brought into contact and then separated
3> X&Y are brought into contact and then separated.
What is the resulting charges on Y & Z?

My son was all the way from K2-P2 having tuition there in Jurong West branch, without informing parents, the new management has taken over, and all the tutors are new .


I have not met anyone of them but am thinking twice if I should keep putting my child there for his P3 tuition and my P1 child too,

Anyone from there ?

Dear parent,


I am actually one of the members from the new management at KRTC Jurong West Branch.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for supporting us in the past few years. We have changed a management as the previous operator, Diana, decided to handover the centre back to our HQ so that she can spend more time with her son who will be in P6 next year. We actually tried to call all the parents to inform them regarding the change of management, however, we are unable to reach all the parents.

After handing over the centre back from Diana, we interviewed all the existing teachers, and we realized many of them did not meet the minimum requirements set by our HQ. Therefore, we decided to invite some teachers from the HQ. These newly recruited teachers are relatively new in our centre in Jurong West, however, they are all very experienced in their respective field. They are either NIE trained teacher, MOE teacher, or subject specialist with years of experiences. In addition, we will also limit the class size starting from this year. All classes will only have a maximum of 8 students in order to improve the learning effectiveness. You may view our tutors' profile from the following website :

Last but not least, we do offer one complete trial lesson for all students. Therefore, you may bring your children to our centre for a trial lesson, and have a conversation with our teacher so that you can make a better decision.

My son and niece have been attending English lessons at Jurong West Branch, and are taught by Ms Rachel. I find that she is a very experienced and dedicated teacher, and she explains in detail. So far I am quite satisfied with the materials she use to teach her classes too. Highly recommended.

I went to their trial class at Anchorpoint last two days. Ms Liza charged me $80 per hour for 1-1 coaching.
