Thanks Quintessential Mum. I’ll try Kinokuniya tomorrow. I placed an order at NOQ yesterday but they didn’t have it too. Hard to find a good bookshop after the demise of Borders.

Yes 2011 info. The rest dun not mentioned in the slide and the slides were taken off from the screen very quickly.
