If you want people to delete general statements then there are so many… I don’t see a need to remove because it is true and plus I don’t think it is a sweeping statement. If I said ALL then it would be sweeping and unfair.


Perhaps if I had inserted "a whole class of" it would have been clearer but this is a "recess time" forum…the bell rang so I typed fast fast ok. No intention to ruffle RI students whom I generally have a high regard of. It could have been another school.

I am simply agreeing to the point that streaming, segregation or stratification or whatever you call it, can attribute to this bad attitude.

It's nothing. VKS2010 is a great fellow too (with a side-splitting sense of humour when he puts his mind to it) and very loyal to RI (which is a wonderful wonderful thing 'cos loyalty is hard to come by these days... even our govt isn't as loyal to Singaporeans as people would like).
