I am one of the old adult Singaporean who can't write or express myself well despite more than 12 years of schooling. :oops: Writing in English just doesnt come naturally to me. I wouldnt not say it is my teachers' fault or blame it on the education system. I dont seem to able to remember the grammatical rules or pronounication. I think it is just me and my broken english. I thank God that both my children do not have such problems and they write better than me. They are my English teacher now.

He was using the word \"motivation\" left right and centre in the vague sense that any layman would use. As such, his meaning is so unclear and vague that 5 different people reading this piece could read 5 different meanings. You saw the notion of \"pay them\"? I didn't. I looked through it again and couldn't find the words \"pay\" or \"salary\" etc... But because his writing was so poor that even though in English, it meant NOTHING, unsuspecting readers like you will naturally attribute any sensible meaning. Pay is sensible enough.
It's still gibberish even though every word is in English. I vent. Forgive. :rant: -
