I'm 13(just asking), there is a guy who liked me in P4 and tried all sorts of ways to get my attention until i was officially with him. It was a miracle that the secret stayed among my friends and an occasional teacher here and there.Should thus be called puppy love or something?

Yes would think it's puppy love 😉
I will not comment too much if it's right or wrong.
Don't know about other KSPs but from me, juz a simple advice: since you have decided to be 'officially with him', as a young girl, you tend to lose more so do set boundaries and not get carried away till something negative happens. Observe if he can exercise self restrain, don't get carried away. Always be prepared that this puppy love will not last.
Sorry to pour cold water but since your parents do not know and you share with us your little secret, I will treat you like a friend with above advice. If you were my daughter, hmmm.... 😓 :nailbite: :faint:

Thats not what i meant:/ What I meant was, we broke up due to the distance between our schools. Its on different parts of the island! It took me weeks to get over it(my friends teasing me didnt help)but I eventually got over it.Except for the random outbursts when i feel like crying when i see him:'(

If my dd has a boyfriend, I hope she would tell me instead of hiding from me. I think I would be more upset by her keeping a secret than her having a boyfriend.

Sleepy:my mum told me that too, but its sort of a very wierd topic to broach. Those who have no one to turn to(like me), all the feelings are usually bottled up. My mum was lucky to have people the same age as her around, but all I have is a younger bro.

I am in the era where study come first. During my younger days, i used to have curfew right up to JC and need to be home by 6pm. Otherwise i would be thrown out of the house. I am those guai guai type and never sort of defy.

I believe in puppy love as well but need to manage that in terms of maturity. Afterall one can't depends on love for food. Need to be realistic on this as well.

What i hope for my children to concentrate on studies all the way till JC2. Only after A-level, you can do whatever you want. Must must have steady girlfriend before start work. If not, i will take action. :pokeeye:
