      ER:
      I am looking to buy a happy call pan. Please advise if I should get the Orcher deeper pan or the jumbo grill pan. Which is more versatile and better?

      Hi ER,
      Depend on how many people are you cooking?
      For a portion of 3A dishes, Ocher is more than enough.
      If u daily needs to cook for about 5A portions than go for the jumbo grill pan as there is more \"space\" in it. If you do not like the grill lines in the pan there is also a jumbo pressure pan (red colour one without grill lines).

        Thanks! The grill lines important to have?

            For those looking to see the actual pan before buying, there is a shop at International Plaza 2nd floor selling it.

              I have spoken to a couple of friends from Korea. There is NO SUCH THING as Happycall from South Korea (North Korea, I am not sure). No website also. However there are many trading companies in Korea selling Happycall IMPORTED from China. The so-called claim that Korean shipped Happycall is genuine is not true. It is obvious if you choose to buy from Korea, it will be shipped from Korea. Where else? In fact there are a few Korean trading houses buying them from China. While it is interesting to compare as above, the fact remains no one knows which is real and which is fake unless of course, you want to claim a "Made in Korea" as real. Again as I said no Happycall is manufactured in Korea. Nobody is also suing anybody on the Happycall trademark simply because nobody has come forth to say I owned that trademark. If it is true that it is a registered trademark, I am sure the "Korean" manufacturer will have already started legal proceedings now. Interestingly, there are many Chinese manufacturers making this Happycall frying pan. Now the difference is, if you compare, you are really comparing the different qualities from these manufacturers which are all Chinese. Hopefully that explains the Happycall mystery.

                Ew. Made in China again. Confirm low quality.

                They said the pans were made of ceramic. If their pans were made in Korea I would have believed.

                If made in China? They most probably melted toxic plastic and cast all the toxic plastic over the pan

                    @mamajunesan;

                    Yes. It’s the real website. Happycall in Korea goes by the name 해비콜 (Haebikol)

                    Thanks for the website. I have been looking for it cause my mom decided to buy a Happycall set of pots and pans.

                      Good to know that Happycall is a genuine Korean product and not some China fake! Now I can look forward to getting one... 🙂

                        The address of the HAPPYCALL headquarters are in 앙로고로, 김해시, 경상남도, 621-07 0, 대한민국 (Angokro, Kimhaeshi, Gyeongsangnamdo, 621-07 0, South Korea). I searched up google maps. There IS such an address.

                        Gyeongsangnamdo is one of the southernmost parts of Korea. So rest assured it isn’t made by a Kim Jong-UN factory or Kim Il-sung factory.

                        This address given above in Gyeongsangnamdo to be more specific, is in Samgye-dong. Samgye-dong is situated near Kim HaeKaem Posu or Kayadaehakkyo, a school.
