As long as you stay withing one km you are eligible for balloting . Staying right next to the school does not give you extra advantage.
Or else Park West would have been one of the hottest condo around

Well, no work has started yet. No sign at all for the time being. The land is not fenced up, not building showroom yet. Guess the developer is not in hurry to start work.

Anyone can guide me on what thing to prepare my gal for NH P1?
I have sent her to those normal RC kind of P1 prep class and just started her at Tian Xia chinese class. I find very stressful for her already. That should be enough right?

Need not stress yourself. Pri 1 is ok. Wait till your kid is in higher pri, more classes and less time to play. Let your child enjoy herself now.
