      Dear Mummies,

At P4 are they able to study independently? Alternatively, are there any tips in helping them set their own time-table and adhere to it? My child is in P4 but I find he's very dependent on me. He usually expects me to tell him what to do after school, otherwise he'll just continue to play or watch TV. Is there anywhere to motivate him or even ask him to pick a story book on his own?

      Thanks in advance.
I have a timetable for dd but it's quite hard to follow rigidly. So I gave her a post-it note with list of action items for that day, paste on the wall so she knows what is expected. She can strike that item out when done. Sometimes I also gave post-it note for action items during the week. Not the most independent way but at least she has a to-do list staring back at her

          Thanks Just4Fun.

We didn't expect much from this trip and we are mentally prepared to be a do-nothing kind of holidays ๐Ÿ˜„ .

I think Desaru is a more fun place for family & kids. We have been there many times, so we just want to have a change of beach ๐Ÿ˜„ .

๐Ÿ•บ Good afternoon all parents of Club 2002 kids ๐Ÿ•บ ,

It has been quite a while since I \"left\" KSP to achieve some milestone of mine. Now I am back and glad :rahrah: that CA1 is over. This term holiday is short and believe most CCAs, holiday camps, tuition classes etc are still as per normal... our poor kids, don't even get to take a break even though it is supposedly to be a term break for them  .

                  Oh ? something great ?

I feel bad cos I am too busy at work, so aren't able to take leave to bring DS out.... not that he minds; think he prefers to stay at home playing computer games !

Same here, I feel guilty that I can only afford to take her out this Sat.
