For Latest Case, The Person in Charge of Order Refuse to Acknowledge the Birthday Cake Order and Tell Me I Can Always Cancel it if I'm Not Happy. Since they Have So Many Orders .... Don't Need my Order! :roll:
So Cancel with Request Not to Refund in Credits, Since I'm Not Gonna Use their Service Again ----------> Groupon Replied after 2 Wks and Insisted that Since I Never Object in the 1st instance, They Will Not Refund to Me thru Credit Card!

Like that not nice la... It shd be pay by what mode then refund also the same mode...

By Refund to their Groupon Credits, the $$ is Safely Kept within their Kiddie, and customers will have to use their service ....

So Make Sure if U Request for Refunds, Must State
1) Do Not Want in Credits. And
2) Must Write to Them to OBJECT Strongly, Totally Not Agreeable to their Groupon Credit Refund.

This is really a scam if groupon refused to refund via the same mode.

I tried groupon for a beauty & spa deal, go to new york skins solution. Met with a lot of hard-selling and they refused to let me off! It was a terrible experience. during the facial they kept convincing me to buy their beauty ampoules or don't know other facial things. not relaxing at all! they kept convincing me to buy, i tried to leave but they got their manager to talk to me! ugh.

i also bought from deal.com and streetdeals, not bad, just that sometimes the customer service enquiry line nobody answers when i need help. but my favourite is still superdeals, no problem with my purchases, all very satisfied.

Groupon is a scam. If u buy restaurant voucher, the staff at restaurant will treat u as if u have no $$ to pay aka bad service.


From now on, will stay away from groupon as much as possible. Still have $40 credit voucher, anyone wants to take over less 25%??
