        for myself, dd and ds - fruits and soya milk or biscuits.

          You can eat almost anything if you don't mind putting on weight šŸ™‚

          If on a diet, you can only eat plain yoghurt if you are hungry at night. No carbo.

              Low fat milk is fine. Dun drink too much liquids before bedtime as you could have water retention.

                I snack on anything that I can find in my kitchen, be it fruits, ice-cream, chips, chocolates, nuts, raisins, … and sometimes instant noodles.

                      more shiok if you can throw in vegetables and beef slices.

                        If I really really cannot resist snacking ( and risk putting on weight) before bedtime, It has to be potato chips!

                        Else just water. Water retention for one night is not as serious as sheding off fats:p
