                to a buyer who car cost $800k or more, $80k or even $100k is just loose change in the pocket. he would just authorise the dealer to bid any price to secure the COE.

                  There is this fellow in the estate that I am living in, he has 3 cars, Volvo SUV, a BMW and a Merc.


                  To these people, I doubt COE affects them much.

                        What goes up will eventually come down. It’s a cycle. Now it’s everyone’s guess of When, How much & How long? The last window of opportunity was extremely short as the liquility is abundant in the market.


                        But this time, when it happens it will be a long and painful ride… and we will see who will blink first and find out who is the winner!
