Then how?! I think you have to have gone through to know that the only way is to be a bystander or risk worsening the relationship with child.

i think homeschooling is the best option for kids, but apparently this idea is not popular in singapore ๐Ÿ˜•

I wouldn't think homeschooling would be very much enjoyable. Studying would be flat and boring without classmates and friends ๐Ÿ™‚

Just wondering how a parent will know whether the child is ready to move on to next level when he/she is homeschooled. Unless parent gets past year exam papers for childโ€ฆbut I really wonder what books to teach child at home.

If the child is homeschooled, he/she will need to have certain enrichment lessons to socialize with other kids. Will kids really do better if homeschooled ?

Definitely my son can do better.if he at home he has full of energy and study with me.then in the evening go to play ground and play with friends.i taught fraction in the term break, first he didn't understand or misunderstood.then caught up and said happily no need to go to school,i learned already.

If my son stays at home, I will go crazy with his yakking. Honestly he should go to school to socialize. But I am not capable to teachโ€ฆcan only coach/revise what has been taught.
