i was just scanning through some of the earlier pages on this thread. Looks like the thread was very active a year back and lots of hype.
And you are still here after more than a year. you must be the expert breadmaker now.
hmmm ... now i must see when i can get down to taka to take a look. -

:oops: :oops: Unfortunately, I am not an expert. Only have been baking normal wholemeal, cranberry or prune bread. Don't have time to be adventurous cuz of toddler, hee hee.

Peterch and maid are one of the few experts that I remember. They used to help me with my questions. There are others too, the newer ones who posted after this thread went quiet for a while.
So don't fret. I am sure if you have any queries, someone will help you out

I bought the severin bread machine :please: a year ago(think am the only 1 who bought S bread machine
)..and am still baking yummy bread almost every weekends. have tried pumpkin bread, KouQiZi bread(wolfberries), sweet potatoes bread, BakHu with hazel nut bread :scared:, pitachio nuts with seaweed :siao: etc...so far so good, no complaint from family and friends yet :roll:
I find it quite yummy when nuts are added. my DS is more then happy to use his toy hammer to crash the pack of nuts for me
Don't hesitate, go and buy the lovely cute z machine!
