You must be a very kind soul to create an account specially to promote this shop.
Are you in any way related to this shop? Oh! Forget that I asked because your answer would be negative. -

Does anyone know if this pan is induction hob friendly?
Hi,
Happycall can only cook on gas cooker not on induction hob -

I went to this shop few days ago. They sell the happycall pans there but all are the deeper type. They also sell other double-sided pans & the shop lady kept promoting one brand called \"Magic Chef\". She said that this brand is very popular in Korea , even more than Happycall. I didn't get anything as I wanted to google about this Magic Chef, but can't find anything leh?
I already got one happycall bought from G market & comptemplating buying a second one. Anyone knows about this Magic Chef pan?? -

Dear class monitor, oh, why do you draw conclusions so quickly? I have no direct relations with this business except that this is my friend's parent's business so after I patronised the shop, saw the crowds in there, spoke to the shop lady, I decided to share this info with my fellow friends here.kind soul:

I'm sorry if I caused any misunderstanding.

Since this is your friend's parent's business, it might be better for you to put it upfront in your last post. There are many shops masquerading as satisfied customers here, so we have the take actions, if necessary.Dear class monitor, oh, why do you draw conclusions so quickly? Your words will be more credible if you are inform members right at the start.
You can't blame members from being suspicious since you made only one post and the post happened to speak so favourably of the shop. -
Hi Parents,
I am considering getting a HCP.
But was advised by SIL not to, because according to her, the Teflon coating is very thick, making it so easy to wash.
So, I am a bit concerned.
What do you think of her comments ?

I just got a HCP medium size in deep ocher after all the raves. Got it from Mike(G market) and paid only around $67 for it after the coupon discount. Delivery very fast. Took only 4 days.
My review: Super love it! Tried baked salmon and terriyaki pork chop with it. Took no longer than 10 mins to cook and turned out nice on the outside and really juicy inside. My stir fried dou miao using it also retains the vegetable crispness unlike my normal wok. Best of all, can use minimal oil ( healthier!) and reduces kitchen smell and oil noticeably. And surprise of all surprise, my new indonesian helper even knows how to use it as she said her training centre in jakarta teaches them. Gosh! didn't know HCP is so popular. :heresmyfish:
My take: It's easy to wash. Normal detergent washes it clean . It's the drying part which is more le cheh due to it's aesthetics. As HCP is a \"L\" shaped pan, it can't be place upside down in my drying rack as the handles stick out. Would have to be placed on my kitchen counter sideways to dry which does takes up some space on my already small kitchen space. Otherwise, no other complains. In fact, so loving it i'm getting a jumbo one for my MIL.

I canβt wait for my Happycall pan to arrive! I also ordered from Mike(Gmarket). Hopefully they will deliver to me today or tomorrow since it already arrived in Singapore & waiting for clearance.
