For past yrs, this information is not really critical. Maybe you can give the schools a call. Likely you won't get the info you want, but then maybe they will start to publish this info for coming P1 registration. When ur kid due for registration?

The PR impact is minimal given the popularity of NH.

How about PRs who have fulfilled the PV no. of hours? Will they still get priority in P1 registration?

The new rule will be applied this year. So, for PRs who have fulfilled the no. of hours required in PV, they will get priority in P2B AFTER all Singaporean PVs get their places in this phase.

They will at least get a chance to apply with the schools during P2B if the schools still have vacancies after taking in Singaporeans.
