The latest P1 registration system giving SCs priority over PR is indeed a very very good news for the SCs in this club!

      πŸ•Ί

Yes! So happy with this news!! It will definitely help to increase the chance for SCs.. :rahrah:

I would say not just MAN, the society is evolving into more self-centered.

I had something to share how to look younger as we age by consuming plants and fruits. Much better and cheaper than going to beauty saloon..but takes a little discipline and effort..
ks parents, u meant vegetable? lol... yup definitely need some discipline/determination especially when we are surrounded by plenty of yummy & sinful food.. πŸ˜‰

Yup yup, we are surrounded by protein rich food, high carbohydrate diets and lots of minerals intake. It is always not too late to start eating more robust vegetables and fruits to boost deeper into our body cells for stronger and better health and look younger on top of daily food intake.

        Hi...

I am new to Forums and the workings of one. So if I make any mistakes, please don't mind...

I have a ds (2004) and dd (2006). What do you guys think of the new Primary One Registration ruling favouring Singaporean Citizens?

Looking forward to learning and interacting with all you parents...

        Cheers... πŸ˜‚
Hi hi, welcome welcome Curious Mom

So your DS is in which Pri?? Believe your DD is joining in the same sch then.

Hi, my DS is in Tao Nan School (we are in the East).

But I’m sending my DD to SCGS which is my alma mater. Also there is an affiliation to the secondary school. But with the new developments in P1 registration and all the outcry, not sure when it is her time whether it will still be affiliated or not.

My other reason is that they will both be in the morning session next year. So they get to see more of each other (they are quite close) and it’ll also be better time management for me.

          What about you?

Tao Nan was one of my choice but it is too far from where i stay and by the time i decided the registration for PV has already closed.

With the new system in store, i can aim at Poi Ching now πŸ™‚

Is SCGS = singapore chinese girls school... will it be too far from eastside ? Pardon me being nosey... hope you dun mind...

Deciding what best for our kids is always not easy.
As parent, we always want the best and fear to make the wrong decision...

                      Hmm...

Looking through the June holiday program...
Interested with a few of the centre in Orchard especially at forum but the problem is the transportation 😞

Anyone can recommend reliable transport service to ferry kids to the enrichment centre ?

I get my DH to ferry and charge you a fee?? Hahahaha..
Why not give them a break rather than sent them for holiday programme??
