me is looking for pte piano tr in the east..... will travel to tr's pl yah.... any recommendation? or tpy also can yah.... wanna adjust kid schedule before going the P1 yah..... and what's the market rate??

Looking through the June holiday program...
Interested with a few of the centre in Orchard especially at forum but the problem is the transportation
Anyone can recommend reliable transport service to ferry kids to the enrichment centre ?
Why not give them a break rather than sent them for holiday programme??
June holiday is a months time and if they stay at home all day.. my mother-in-law and maid will go crazy lor
thus looking for something to drain down their energy level... -

DS love to draw so sending him to art lesson to master that...
DD love to eat and now she love to watch baking video clips in you-tube so will send her to baking class next month... -

talent not necessary is gifted, it can be cultivated as well. Music is just an avenue, your DD & DS definitely have a talent of their own.
Recently heard from a talk in "Zao An Ni Hao", they mention that ppl who succeed in life are not students who scored top 3 in school, but more in the region of 8 to 15 positions. As they can balance results and lifestyles. Whereas top 3 are too stress in achieving their placing and forgot the other aspect of life (fun)…
Hence, not to worry abt them not learning music, ballet, art & craft, misc…they will realise what they like and share it with you. -
in fact my DS is asking me to let him learn wushu…but we are already too occupied with his schedule already. So only told him that he can learn as a CCA in pri school.

Totally agree that why i dun enrol them in all different kind of enrichment class other than the one that i can roughly spot out their interest...
i am admiring music talent cause i find myself to have a flare for it. My mum brought a organ for me when i was child and i can then compose music with it but my mum fail to see it if not i think i might be renowed musician ... ha ha... :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: 马不知脸长 ( hourse dun know face long ) .... -

Wushu or takewonko was one of the sport that i am pondering to let DS join but after the march holiday where he join for just 1 lesson of \" teak\" we say a big \" NO \" to this.... -
hahaha…it goes to show that you are confident in personality. At times quite dissappointed that the society mis-interpret confident remarks as arrogance status.
By the way, I was proud of my DS last Sun, as he scored full marks for his chinese enrichment class assessment. Assessment covers words and hanyu pinyin learnt in the past 12 lessons.
Now he has an phonics assessment his Fri, assessing on comprehension, sentence re-arrangement, nouns, verbs, singular/plural and a 6 sentences compo. Wonder if he can do it.

Your DS will definitely try his best... but even if he cannot ( looking at the things that he need for the assessment... ) still need to give a pat on his shoulder to say \" well done! definitely can do better next time \"...
