Otah:
Are they starting their IP programe in 2013. Not sure how many will be the intake and not sure if their SBSP will be integrated to IP and if there will be a GE domain for their DSA. Similarly for CHS. They may merge as great competitor to RI and HCI . More options open up for the GE boysHerbie:

Looks like the top schools are having their Open Houses on the same day again this year, same as the past few years.

same day for open house
same day for GAT
same day for selection tests/camp
same day for interview
great conspiracy -

Quite good actually because it forces the students and parents to make a decision early on which school they really want to get in to. Saves them the agony of choosing a second choice DSA CO only to regret it when their PSLE results are much better than expected.jtoh:

But the Open Houses will be quite a mad rush if you intend to cover 2 or more schools in one day. -

They must be given chances to attend some. Base on last year DSA thread, not all GE students are offered CO and some waitlists did not materialize in the end. -

Two DSAs should be about right. Don't try for too many. And hope that the two you've identified don't clash in terms of GAT or selection tests. But most schools don't require GE students to sit for GAT unless you score below their requirements. With the exception of NUSH.
