Non sc, non pr…so you mean foreigners?
Technically there’s none, since foreigners can register only in phase 3.
But NYPS fills up all its place by the end of phase 2C, so no place
left for phase 2CS, let alone phase 3.
But I won’t say there’s absolutely none, since I can’t be sure of that. -
I think only the school knows how many PRs there are. Difficult for us to gauge.

Based on past experience, at best 10% of applicants are PRs…there are not that many PRs as I thought there are…
I believe, at phase 2c, balloting will still be required for those SC within 1km… -
Still possible due to phase 1 entries due to older siblings that are PR or transfers from another school or GEP.
