How about PRs who have fulfilled the PV no. of hours? Will they still get priority in P1 registration?

The new rule will be applied this year. So, for PRs who have fulfilled the no. of hours required in PV, they will get priority in P2B AFTER all Singaporean PVs get their places in this phase.

They will at least get a chance to apply with the schools during P2B if the schools still have vacancies after taking in Singaporeans.

It will only be affected if there is balloting. But, we have not witnessed any balloting during P2A for the past few years.

for phase 2A(2) registration, there is a clause in Bold Red that state:-

(Note:
For Nan Hua Primary School, this phase will include pupils who graduated from Nan Hua Secondary, in or before 1969.) 1969 was cut off year.
