Maybe u wana try the rewards system, such as u buy her the favourite stickers or promised to bring her to her favourite plc on wkend if she cooperates well wif u? I normally use this method on my son, so far it works well.

Hi, eileen1102, my daughter is doing better and better everyday! Think she adapts to the changes now! Thanks for ur advice!
Btw, is there any format for writing letter of absent? Can send email or must be in hard copy?

      Hi ppwg,

Great to hear that your gal is adapting well now.

I just write a simple format stating why is my child absent on that particular day and if anything that I need the teacher to take note, I also state down in the letter such as \"My child may not be able to focus in class due to medication which is making them drowsy\", as I feel that we write it down on the letter is better than the child telling the teacher as they may not know how to converse the message correctly.

              Hi,

Anyone of your child is selected for the P4 4D3N Jakarta trip? My daughter is selected but I am worry about the security there. JW Marriot Hotel Jakarta has been bombed twice. Wondering should I allow her to go.

May I know what is the achievement for the school in PSLE result for the past few years?

Wondering is there a percentage of how many % go into Express, Normal Academic or normal Technical?

Can somebody please give me a feedback on ‘Life Community Service’ student care which is located in Blk 306C. Does anybody’s kids go to this student care? I am thinking of enrolling my child there and would appreciate an urgent feedback. Thanks.

Hi, my girl will be in primary 1 next year. I have the same problem in looking for a suitable after school care. I have been to see the after school care service within the school & at blk 306C. I don’t like both.

Nascan looks very gloomy. Their daily activities are homework & assessment then learn chinese & english spelling until 545pm. They sit in their individual seat like the usual class arrangement. But good thing is it’s very convenient as it is located within the school. Further the facilities & schedule are not so good. They leave it to the kids if the want to bath & nap. The bathroom are at the far corner.

As for blk 306C, the place looks untidy & cramp. 20 students in a small room. 4 child sharing a table which is good as they get to chat once in a while if they are bored with the homework. They nap, do homework & assessment then learn Chinese & English spelling within the room & until 545pm. After which they can come out to the common area (which is a small area) to play or watch tv.
Facilities are within the premises which is quite convenient. They also have a more systematic schedule such as bath & nap then do homework & assessment.

Above is just my personnel view, you may wish to go take a look.

Hence, if you happen to finds a nice place , please let me know. I am also urgently looking for one.
