        Nugget

        Congrats!

Heehee, I also have the same feeling. Given a chance to choose, I will still want my son to be my son. As much as he gave me a lot of headache and frustration, he has also been a blessing. The thing about asd kids is that they are very simple pp. Predictable. Straightforward.

          Thanks ImMeeMee πŸ™‚

I am also very scare. No matter what, my risk is still higher than normal population. However I also know I will regret not having my #3.

Anyway, I am also monitoring my #2 (2 years old now) and will be monitoring my #3 as well like a hawk. Hopefully they are okay *cross fingers* Tolong tolong*.

Mine is HF ASD, doc assured me my chances is really low. Just stay happy and positive.

I have friends who have been trying to conceive since I have no 1. Till today they still have no news 😞

I am thankful that I am blessed with 3 kids, even though one of them is HF ASD, but I still love him dearly. Given a chance to choose all over again, I still want my ASD son to be my son. I truly love him dearly..

But I am stopping at 3, cannot afford #4. unless I accident. hahaha.
oops ... didnt mean to end up sounding negative about your pregnancy. rest well and enjoy yourself in the meantime ... :rahrah:

It's been a month now since my son was clinically diagnosis of potential ASD. My self n my hub have put much effort to improve him.

Just one month my son has improved so much that we din expect to be. Last time he only know how to pull my hand near the cookies and say I wan cookies. Now he will just simply ask from me without pulling me to the cookies where it's store. Now he also know what the word WHERE means n ask me where is his toy. He is more interested in human now rather then objects

These he learn from us. Not Leo Megan. At Leo Magen they only teach him one words asking that all. That y I dropped it.

Parents teaching are more effective but if k find good therapist join force will really speed up.
helplessmum, good to see that you have started to put things together and results are showing ...

Yes the waiting time for KKH SLT is super long 😞

I also waited quite sometime for them to access my kid. If you can afford, best to find pte speech therapy and get him started first. And bear in mind, if your kid is already enroll in EIPIC, after the assessment, they wont offer you any more KKH speech therapy as the EIPIC centre supposed to cover speech therapy session.
