I agree. Amore is more enjoyable during off peak hours. But it is still quite crowded during off peak hours at some classes. I almost got stepped on at their dance-aerobics classes. Think I will stick to kickboxing. Can’t remember dance steps.
Instructors are generally ok at Amore. Some push you harder, some are more relaxed. You can stop if you don’t feel well. I don’t like the dance-aerobics classes coz the instructors are too fast and the steps are way too complex. Surprisingly, those classes are very popular. Guess more women prefer to incorporate dance. -
Apparantly some outlets only have unlimited packages. The one nearest to me must sign unlimited packages

Anyone with Amore at Tampines 1? Am thinking of joining but is there a once a week type of arrangement? I dunno if I can make it more than once a week…

There is no need to commit so many hours if you cannot take it. I dun even go once a week…You just buy the package and finish it within a few years (depending on the conditions). I bought a limited package and have to finish within 3 years.

If you only want gym, just go to those at the SSC sports complexes lah… FiTT gyms they call them. They charge on per usage basis. Not worth it to do only gym at Amore.

Yah, Amore classes are very full in the weekends… sometimes need to call up to reserve. Popular classes are also quite full during weekdays (non peak). So many pple never work ah… hahaha

For gym only, you can try contours express. Fees from $59/mth to $95/mth depending on duration of package.
There is another ladies gym similar to contours express in tampines too, off hand can't remember the name of the other gym.
