I hate it when I get comments like 'so good, no need to work'. Sometimes, I will shoot a reply like, 'you can do that too, what's holding you?' :evil:
Of course some women want to stay in condo, drive big fanciful cars, go to US/Europe for holidays and hubby cannot maintain that lifestyle on a single salary, then they have to work lor.

Hubby said I've 'retired' for the past 13 years. How can i impossibly work when I'm so used to being an empress at home ? HeHeHe.

I watch YouTube, download songs, blast the iPhone music. The house is all mine. Do housework with music playing in background. So shiok. Of late, I've been listening to lots of Nicky Wu songs. My latest craze :love:

Aiyoh! Same leh! I got kaki liao! Especially the blasting part! :hi5: I play song after song after song! Everyday happy hour when I want to. I download from YouTube too n convert those I like for the moment to MP3 format for my iPhone.

I do b'fast or brunch with my girl frenz and one planning big makan this coming week. I watch movies with hubs sometimes (when he takes time off work for me) or with kids (other times) at the theatre.. eat out when we feel like it.. have short trips (with spa) to pamper ourselves and for kids to relax n have fun.. maintain our regular foot reflexology sessions for health.. we swim n jog as a family too.

Ya.. quite the life really. :politebleah: Though initial decision was not very willing as I was at the peak of my career.. office politics damn terok n I was in a bad state in my second pregnancy.. after a lot of adjustment n of course many financial n physical sacrifices.. I have no regrets. Cos I'm living the life now... Now that everything is auto-mode. I multi-task better n way faster since bring SAHM (i'm very fast & very good with housework n cooking up a feast) can even manage freelance assignments when my schedule permits.

I dun fancy doing office hr job no more especially when I can easily earn happy $ from the comfort of home. Plus the biggest issue to working outside is I honestly dont think I can wake up. I don't even do school runs. Girls have alarm clocks to wake themselves up. Hubs has b'fast with them before getting ready to go to work.

I dunno if I'm a veteran SAHM but I know I'm loving it.

Not everyone is privileged to be one.

This neighbour is a daddy.

Separated from his wife, he made many sacrifices for his
only son including quitting a high flying job yo make sure
he can be there for his son. He also envies that our
family gets to eat home cooked meals.

But I never admit to DH tat I have a easy job staying at home if not next time he won't help me wash the dishes after dinner

I finally signed up for gym! However, after 1st couple of sessions already strained my ligament, my doctor said to go easy & no jumping/skipping for next few weeks. Now everywhere aching, hiyo 不认老都不行

Hey, I'm very very very interested in k-pop dance, you know like Girls Generations kind of dance moves. But hesitant to sign up for classes, wondering if it's disgusting to watch an auntie (aka me) acting all cute & purry :rotflmao:

Still got boss la, but luckily this boss easy to submit proposals, just need to look dainty & blink eyes then everything also approved :evil: :evil:

Never bored...I'm enjoying every minute of it. My son said his mummy's 'boyfriends' are always changing...from Ethan Ruan to Jerry Yan and now Nicky Wu. :rotflmao: He is crazy over Little Tigers' song 'love' now.
