I didn’t receive any Immunisation Certificate from the clinic. Is it sufficient to just print out the Vaccination Details from the National Immunisation Registry website?

OMG! :yikes: I have just finished preparing all the necessary documents for the upcoming Pri1 registration.......in Jul (which is way 4 months from now). All sealed in the envelope and ready anytime. :imcool:

after 6 July (phase 2A (1), you'll finally register your son / daughter in Nan Hua. Then your load is off.

to ease registration, just make sure on 6 July, bring extra sets of photstated documents, just in case. Not run last minute high and low for the nearest photostating shop in Nan Hua, bec there may be a queue for photostating inside book shop.

DS2 will register under Phase 1, will the school be sending the form to my eldest son for me to fill in?

or do I wait for any letter from MOE?

I got a form recently from both kids (different schools) to indicate if I have a younger child registrating for pri one.


Can’t remember if it was the actual form for phase 1 cos I don’t have a younger child and I just marked nil and returned form to school without reading in details.

You might want to call school to check.
