I don't bother to dig it up, and I also don't bother to confirm who started it, but some where some one started the comment / notion of \"pure SC\" because they / he / she said SC of one SC parent & one PR parent is not pure SC and should not be treated with same benefits as pure SC ....... did I miss something ? or so many people misunderstood it ?
