oppsgal, how did u complaint abt ue canvas photo that's late? yest i went to collect mine, it's definitely not canvas, thin wood, paper !!! worst than my DD's canvas arts !! i also can print this type of picture !! no canvas !! and the one i collected is the last photo that i sent, i really dunno what happen to the 2 earlier photos that i sent ! until to day, groupon no reply.. $25 for such a thin wood paper frame, really super X ! never never buy their canvas photos !!

Not really that good quality. Seems like fading color, and is staple on the wood. S$25? Thought is S$35 :? My hb placing the order so no idea how much is the cost.

We haven't made a official complaint to CASE. As the company said will deliver end of this week. All my hb did is wrote email to groupon and the company.

The last time my hb email Groupon, their email back is

Some gourmet store… Though they did explain very nicely that they need to be sure the quality is there… Sigh…

The discount is real. But expect to be treated indifferently from the normal customers. Please read the fine prints properly before purchasing. Make sure you can still to the rules which they set.

We bought the soup restaurant groupon over the weekends and fortunately the service is still as good. Perhaps going to the commonly known restaurants help?


I always see their offer from this and that restaurant. Some unheard of. So we usually don't buy those.

Smart choice, only buy from those reputated restaurants. Go and checkout the reviews of the various unknown restaurants. Alot of interesting feedbacks. Just have to google to find out.

So far, I mainly buy for F&B. All have been decent except for Outback Steakhouse. Portion was smaller then normal, food taste lousy and service was non-existence. So I suppose it depends on the merchant. Frankly I think merchants shd treat Groupon customers as they would others. Otherwise, who will want to go back as regular customer? I know I will not go back to Outback Steakhouse as full paying customer or Gorupon customer ever again!


My experience with other merchants have been good, eg Fish and Co, Hokkaido Sushi, Tasting Room.

My experience with all other merchants have been good… But groupon hasn’t got back to me yet about this merchant not honouring the deal! Am getting impatient with them!
