Juz chk whether the pink form which my P1 girl claimed that she has misplaced it in school is meant for 2012 registration for 2013 P1 in-take? My dd2 will only be registered in 2016 for 2017 in-take. May I know whether we need to fill up the form and return to school? I hv written msg for her FT that we hv misplaced it.

It meant for 2013. Every year, they will send out p1 registration form for the following year intake.
