        keep the money, who knows kena retrenched. clear housing loan first.


        retrechment benefits are no longer 1 year service equal to 1 month pay. you are lucky the company still pay retrenchment benefits.

                  Portion out a certain amount to charity, fully paid for my parents, my brothers' family and my family to go for an overseas trip together (that will be about 15 of us and we have been talking about Korea trip together for quite some time) and the rest to buy a property to earn some rental income. πŸ˜‰

                      Property prices range between $500k - $600k ? New launches maybe ?

                        Yes, been to two with tiny area of about 600sf selling at about 700k +|-. Shoebox apt.


                        Not keen though cos psf is abt 1400.
