hi, just wondering if anyone send the kids to the psle workshops? so many these days.. how do you select good ones?
All these intensive workshops are ineffective if just for those few hours. I have doubts about these 2-3 hour June programs.
If you wish to send kids for holiday programs, better to ask around. -

The kids are required to go back to school for supplementary classes & remedial classes. Do check with your kids' teachers before signing up the workshops or intensive revision classes. -

yup! FT has hinted my DD and class that they most probably have to come back in June holidays for classes from 9am to 12noon ! :scared:hsm:

At times I think I going crazy and messy in brain. Day passes real fast and my DS totally not ready for even his SA1 preparation don't mention PSLE. Do you ever like me wired mental like me after kid attended the tuition and doing all tuition work but still think they did not work hard or study at all?
I always read up assetment / guide books plan my time table what I want to do w my DS but ended up I did nothing w him. As he is too tired after his tuition or school works. I so sick of this feeling.

Don't worry you are not the only depressed and crazy one in this journey. My DS is also like that. Everyday moving around like a tortoise. No motivation to move any faster and treasure the time. It's about me pushing, screaming and shouting day in day out. :stupid: :frustrated:
:stompfeet: :spank:  :nunchuk:
This PSLE thing sure spoils the mood and relationship for us. -
Hey, my DS is also one of the tortoise moving around slowly without knowing that time is precious. Sigh......really hate the feeling of pushing him every second. How sweet it will be if only our ds can be independent in their studies. :please:

I have decided to take a one step back. dd has fallen sick 2 times this year cos she is just too tired and not having enough sleep trying to complete all her school homework. To me, if the kid is too tired, no point stressing the kid further, it's better that the kid has a good rest and has a fresh mind for school next day. That way, he/she will pay more attention in class and learnt more.Mayl:

If ds can't complete his homework, I will just write a note to the teacher.fifiyeo:
