        hey helplessmum3,

don't be depressed, let your kid grow at his own pace. you can surely help him along on the way. ๐Ÿ˜„
my daughter was a very late bloomer also, she didn't talk in sentence until she was around 4 years old. after that, she starts to talk like rocket . ๐Ÿ˜“

you need to always talk to your son also, the more they hear , the more words they learn.

Simply by u talking more to him. My boy only started talking at 2.5yrs old. Before that nothing. Now heโ€™s chattering a lot and can tell me a lot of things. Previously, I can only ask yes and no questions becoz thatโ€™s the only thing he will say. Just yes and no.

Same here. Last time I need to phase my question in a way that he will just need to answer Yes or No. Now I make him ask me nicely for every single freaking thing he need help on ๐Ÿ˜‚ Haha.

I am doing the same thing for no 2 as well. Make them talk more :boogie:

Are any of your ASD kid year end baby??

Sometimes I tend to wonder if my boy not reaching the milestones due to him being born on year end or because of his ASD condition.

Year end baby is so lugi esp now kids starting to go CC at such young age.

Mine! Heโ€™s the youngest of his cohort and the baby of his class. So physically he may not be catching up yet but acad I think heโ€™s ok.
