Well tango12, there are kid-friendly attractions and 3-4 year olds are able to enjoy some of these attractions. Considering you don’t have to pay for flights out of the country, I’d say go for it. Just try not to go during weekends or school holidays 'cos express pass needed when it is crowded.

I took my 4 yr old and 7 yr old during the March hols. Was prepared to but the express passes because everyone keep saying how bad the q were. But then, the manager at festive hotel was telling us it is not worth as the only rides that were very crowded are the transformer and the battlestar roller coaster. He told us to go there first thing when the park opens. So in the end, we saved the money and took his advice. It was not that bad. I think i q longer when we were in disneyland HK. even managed to sit the transformer twice. Another later in the evening. The longest q turned to be the water trepid ride which we forgo coz my 4-yr old cldnt ride on it. Hope this helps.

I went during the June holidays and it was really crowded. All the rides had queues averaging at least 50 minutes. I think it also coincided with the Malaysian school hols… You’re lucky that manager gave you good advice!

We went during March holidays. It is our family's 3rd visit. We had planned to go early, but when we woke up that morning, it was raining. So we went to Tiong bahru for breakfast, hoping the rain will stop when we are done. :xedfingers: Unfortunately no.

We then decided to go Vivocity for a walk. Hoping against hope that the rain stops. But then after window shopping at Toys R us, it was still raining. By then it was almost lunch and we still refuse to give up, and decided to go to the malysian food street for lunch. :rotflmao:

You see the trend...we were moving closer and closer to USS. Then after lunch when we came out....hey...no rain, just a few drops!!! :rahrah: In we went to Universial. I tell you it was really great. No lines! Almost walk in everywhere immediately. The kids went on Transformers 3 times!! The longest wait was only 15 mins!! We walked on to battlestar, madagascar, mummy, the kiddy coaster at Far far away, etc etc!! When we left around 6.30pm, we were dead tired, but considering we only went in at 2pm, we did almost everything :imcool: :imcool:

We brought our 2 year old boy to Universal Studio last Year on a weekday before the Nov/ Dec school holidays and we managed to watch most of the performances, take photos with lots of characters and go for all the kiddie rides. In fact we even go on the carousel a few times as the queues are all very short. The queues and the waiting times are definitely much shorter than those at Hong Kong Disneyland.
