To link better to the case, let me add some condition..

Say, human flesh will stick to the bone, beef will not and fall off easily.

The onus is on the client to double confirm that the meat is not human flesh by doing this simple test, knowing that there is a known RISK of restaurants serving human flesh.

If they never exercise due diligent and prudence, they are just as guilty.

If ignorance is a valid defense, the law on under aged pros will have NO bite.

Of coz, if the restaurant is able to cook it in such a way until the customer have no reasonable way of differentiating (really good quality FAKE ID card, for e.g.), then, the customer may have a case.

D age of consent in SIN is 16 while 18 is d minimum age for paid sex.

If no money exchange hands or even if she paid d older guys, no offence is committed.

If they are > 16, it is deemed they are matured enough to have the freedom to do what they want \"willingly\". But there is a risk that they may be exploited due to their young age. By removing monetary factor, it may make them less vulnerable. So the law protects them, in a way.

As for whether this hen in particular deserves protection, that is subject to debate. If there exhibit signs that she is not \"exploited\" but is actually doing it intentionally and purposely for the sake of $$$$.. then, she may not be regarded and treated as \"innocent\" as what the law expected them to be.

D age difference in d law is contentious.
Say a client has sex with a minor 18<age>16 n he is caught,

There is no offence – u see d loophole in d law?
