案件一旦开审　雏妓须出庭供证


被控嫖雏妓的被告若不认罪，案件将进行审讯，那么雏妓就必须出庭供证。

至今有48名男子因嫖雏妓被控上法庭，但雏妓身份受到保护，至今也未出庭。

资深律师李亚丰受访时表示，只要被控的48名男子当中，有人不认罪，那作为控方证人的雏妓就必须出庭，面对控辩双方律师的盘问。

他指出，在刑事法典第376B（1）节条文下，凡是与不足18岁的男女进行性交易，违法者可被判坐牢最长7年或罚款，或两者兼施。在这项条文下，“性交易”除了性交外，也包括口交。

“可以预见的是，辩方的律师在盘问雏妓的过程中，将会非常详细，不会放过任何细节。”

a) what is the chance(s) like, for those who plead Not guilty ?

b) if the girl had been over 18 at that time, does it mean the verdict could be different ?
ie. those 48 men need not resign, nor lose their career bec they need not go jail ?

Not lawyer.. juz kpo..

Not guilty? in what way? no intercourse? if no sex then.. mebbe got chance.. it's quite difficult to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they did done that deed.. They can say they chit chat with the girl in the hotel room..

If they admit to having done the deed.. slim chance. Unless the girl actually produced a fake ID to misled them. Else, there's no way they could get away with it.

If the prosecution have no confidence, they would not have bought up the charges.

The view from a mature woman's perspective is very different. It does not mean it has no validity... and it does not mean you are wrong. Thankfully, we have hokkiengirl, sun, funz etc... who CAN represent the perspective of mature women with duaghters, because if this thread contained only the male perspective, it would be a very one-sided thread.

Honestly, this case has provoke alot of media interest. Do you know in my office nobody is talking about this case? Seriously we are so busy fighting fire in the office that we can’t even be bothered about this case? I posted a few comment but that’s about it because I was free at certain times and using my iphone to kill time.


Even my friends are just making one comment and that’s it we talk about other things. I m not sure why in this forum we have 69 pages leh??!! Wow!!

Hmm…my gal’s exam around the corner and my boss and maid is a pain in the ass!! Sigh! Ok, time to knock off from hell.

Erm, I think the thing that most people are concerned about is that the girl is punished for her role in this whole mess. I totally understand that. Humans have a natural instinct for justice to be served. Even very small children will get angry if the sibling is not punished for a wrongdoing that they themselves are punished for. I think that the girl will get her comeuppance. I just strongly disagree that her photo should have been made public. This is probably a part of her punishment:


1) Her family is informed by the police about her involvement in the case and give her hell. Her parents are likely totally devastated and furious and shamed.
2) She lives in fear of how this will affect her future.
3) She will probably be sent for some rehabilitation programme, maybe in a Girls’ Home? From what I’ve heard, it’s no party and it can get quite tough in there.
4) I am sure there are other things.

Beyond that, what do you want to happen to her? To go into some cage to be drowned? To go to jail? Really? I say let the appropriate punishment be meted out to her. It is not for the public to demand for her blood in vague terms. Let the correct degree of justice be served. Neither too LITTLE nor too MUCH. Like it or not, she is still considered a minor under law.
