Depends on what type of classes. Some classes (Kindermusik, Gymboree, right brain training, etc) accept very young babies accompanied by parents.

Difficult for me to recommend which is best. Would be better for you to go see the place and have an understanding of what they do. Also, different strokes for different folks.

I have done 2-3 terms of kindermusik for each of my kids, a few terms of gym (My Gym and Little Gym), Julia Gabriel's Playgroup/Playnest and Shichida.

There are lots of similar programs in the market. Check out what other parents say about them too in other threads.
