王立军指谷开来承认毒杀英商
（北京讯）美国外交官员透露，据私闯美国驻成都领事馆的王立军的陈述，根据他翻阅酒店闭路电视画面，发现最后离开海伍德房间的是薄熙来妻子谷开来，她不但承认“是我做的”，还亲口承认将毒药放入汤里，并称看到海伍德死去、清理之后才离开现场。
王立军在去年11月凶案发生后，到南山丽景度假酒店调查。王称，调查期间发现谷与海伍德有染，但谷认为他不够忠心，并开始调查薄家将资产移到海外之事，于是命警卫张晓军买毒药，并藉过她的生日为名，约海伍德到重庆。
她将毒药放入汤里，海伍德喝下立即毙命。她看到海伍德死亡后，收拾汤锅、物品后才离开。
调查海伍德命案期间，王立军为保留证据，特别要求法医割下海伍德一小片皮肉，以留着作为他被毒死的直接证据，他亦发现自己可能被杀，搜集证据的同时，最后选择到美领馆求助
