so far in the past, MOE never publish such detail.
however going forward since new rules just change, if public write in appeal to publish make it transparent, hopefully Mr Heng can consider.

Thanks, will write to appeal. Without the breakdown, it is like having an advantage for Singaporean parents but not sure which school to apply if all nearby schools, applicants are more than allocated vacancies.
-
besides SG / PR, also write in appeal to publish break down info by distance -
ie. how many apply less than 1 km, 2km, greater than 2 km.
need more people from public to appeal then got impact! -

Does anyone know for 2012 registration, will MOE indicate the number of SC and PR applicant for each phase ? Eg for phase 2C, on 25th July 2012, no of applicants = 110, no of SC= 50 and PR= 60. This breakdown would be helpful for parents to decide on their chances.
the no. of PRs is usually given by the School that you are registering in. -
Hi,
I called the school admin staff and MOE customer service. The reply was no disclosure for SC vs PR ratio will be given. So I think the only way is to write and appeal for more info on the applicants… -
if you are a local, there is no need to worry about sg vs pr ratio. i would be more concerned about distance.
if you are pr, yes, then you probably would have sleepless nites. -

is it true that Marymount had changed Principal (better) ?
heard some people purposely shift near to less than 1 km, enter Marymount phase 2C… heard this year Marymount going to be popular. The trend changing soon ? -
Is there any where we can find out the ratio of SC and PR staying near that sch? Or how many children are born in 2006 for that area Eg:Jurong West?

Why do you need such information? :scratchhead:
