      LOLMum:
regardless of what he did, i am happy that at least he and his wife are giving the marriage another go.

      God bless them.
Anyone watched the recent movie \"The Vow\" ? The lead actress' dad was caught having a EMA with her friend and her mum initally wanted to leave him. One day, she was alone in the house and was flipping through the photo album and revisited all the happy moments they had shared as a family. She said something like this to the lead actress when was confronted about her mum's decision to stay
\"I chose to stay with him for all the things that he had done right and not to leave him for the one thing that he had done wrong. I chose to forgive.\"

The P and his wife have decided to renew their vow - it is the first step working to repair their marriage. Most probably it will be an uphill task to build back the trust since it has been eroded over a period of time. Compared to EMA (could be considered private family matters), this is worse because this is national news ! Even after this, they have to be prepared how to explain to their children one day if they google via the internet and know about this when they are older. It would be opening up the old wounds again especially for the wife

I sincerely wish them all the best. šŸ™

The Shaw grandson pleaded not guilty...if there is evidence, how can he plead no guilty ???

Just wondering... What evidence would there be? Unless the pros packs up the guy's seman as evidence or rem the weird looking birthmark on certain part of the guy's body...

Other than that, can't the guy just pay 800 to 'chat' with her?? All circumstantial only rite? :?

actually amongst 48 men, the one I find shocking is this ... Shaw grandson.

about to get married to new 2nd wife ...
threw so much publicity in the tabloid about \"how loving he and his new wife as a couple are\".
Yet, still got the cheek to visit underaged girl. so disgusting ! :yikes:

imagine his ... new wife or parents in law.
        How would they feel?

        =====================================================================

        P implement FIFO method.

smartie start serving his sentence today. Inside the jail, they don't call you by name.
They call you by number. Every prison cell inmate is assigned a number.
        eg: \"123, come here!\" or
\"123, after you go out, be good ok? DON'T ever come back! \".

luckily 2 months very fast over.
who knows ? maybe because he visited her twice, so sentenced ... 2 months.
if he visited only once, maybe serve only 1 month.

anyway, all board the same wrong ill-fated ship.
instead of pirates on ship, got policemen on patrol who's boarding the ship ?
Just like Titanic sunk to the bottom of ocean, these 48 men held hands together, sink together.
        😢

          phtthp:

sometimes i wonder ... who leak out the news to catch this particular pimp and 48 men? I mean ... there are so many pimp out there, why police focus on this special one ? someone must have blow whistle
          It's sensational enough....

makes the the Police-Head-IT-Exec case seems less morally wrong..

          ..YSL's case, underaged pros...attention diverted...just my thought.

Soli she will instead educate all other girls in the girls' home

then the Judge must make sure that Superintendent or duty Officer over there at the Girls' home is held accountable - ie. need to keep an watchful eye over her all the time.

if she's going there to influence the girls to follow her footstep, then she's causing harm to the girls this time (men last time).

the whole purpose of sending her to the Girls' home - is to make her REPENT. Not cause further harm to society.

We do NOT wish to see further underaged girls running out from the Girls' Home, to become prostitutes. Then the evil vicious cycle start all over again, this time with another group of new different 48 men.

Of course have to shave lah...not only that, he will be issued a prison outfit with a number.
Principal doesn't need to shave, but he can if he wishes...but Prisoner has to shave by Changi hair dresser.

He paid the girls $50 as 'entrance test' to his stable of prostitutes...he had sex with them and taught them finer tips of making his clients satisfied. He lived off their earnings. Now, he is hiding at home.
That pimp should be jailed the longest and fined at least $100K.

                        just wondering aloud ...

for those who do not plead guility, will they get slightly longer sentence compared to those who plead guility (show repentance and remorse) ?
Usually, if claim trial, and found guilty, they'll get double of what they originally will get.

So, if say, he plead guilty and get 9week, if he claim trial and end up found guilty, he'll get double.

Basically, you're wasting the court's time and taxpayer's money.

If it is clear cut case, not need claim trial, like what the ex-principal did, and just try to mitigate.

Also, the ex-principal could plead for leniency saying the pros and pimp lied to him and there is no one to challenge it.

For those claim trial, the pimp and pros may have to stand as witness.. if they challenge the defendant's statement, and say they never lied, ho-seh-liao.. maybe the mitigation advantage also throw out of the window if it cannot be proven that the pimp and pros lied.

The only situation which warrants a trial, is if the prost actually produce a fake IC. But in this case, I doubt prosecution will press charges in the first place, if the evidence shows this to be the case.
