hai i have been queuing for years to get in my little campus. think 1-2 yrs liao. stil dun have vacancy for my child. they keep say full. mainly for existing kids siblings. so hard to get in

They are v sincere n creative.
My child has learnt so much fr them.
Now my girl is aldy K1.. Her 3rd yr in PT.

I am staying at sembawang. Seriously for me to search for an infant care (IFC) centre to childcare centre is a nightmare. I had put my son in the waiting list for the nearest available CC (who have infant care svs) before he was born. Up till now when he is 21 mth the CC still had no place for me!!!!!! The centre even suggest me to look for other CC. I called up MCYS and highlight the shortage of CC around my area. They replied by saying yes there is a shortage of CC in the cluster where i lived but there is alot more option at other part of sembawang!!!!!!! Haizzzzz So to me is like do i need to shift house becos of CC???? Weird right!!!!!!!! I heard ppl shift house when they want to enrol their kid to the prefer primary school but not for CC right????? In the end i had to look for CC at Yishun. Anyone share the same situation with me??? It makes me wonder when it come to Primary school registeration the nearest available canberra primary school (5min walking distance from my house) will i get a place for my son?? Haizzzz

i even wrote to our MP, he ask me to wait for new centre near my house to be ready! faint.

It's montessori plus thematic approach.
Downside is the price. $600 per month. No subsidy

Did you pay the deposit for Little Campus yet? You need to do so in order to secure a place there.

I did ask.they say no nd.i wan to pay first. Then 2apr i call agn thy jus reply same thg haven open for.the exisitng kids siblings dunno gt vacancy anot.nw call thy say dun hav

[/quote]i just spoke to the principal again. they say they no longer allowed to take deposit. then for next yr is confirmed full unless got ppl withdraw , but still got ppl ahead of me. Haiz headache.
both 482 and 406 is full, now i have to check with 511 principal.
Actually i was offered a place last yr end Dec, but they needed reply fast which i cant commit plus i was going holid so end up give up. plus i prefered 482 centre. now i think bobian if 511 hav i jus take first.then future 482 have place then change? hmm

Any one kids here at 511 mylittlecampus?
how is the teachers there?

Possible reasons.

1. Privately run centre
2. Not an accredited mcys/moe centre
3. Enrichment type/based centre... not exactly a kindy or cc set up

My Little Campus will be increasing their fees wef July 2012. And Wellington branch will be collecting GST.
