iclebo or roomba ?? both has plus n minus points…
-
puff:
can still join the discount ?Iclebo is indeed smarter than Irobot. It has mapping navigation function and can easily find it's way to the base in a few seconds without bumping onto any furniture.
After using Irobot for 3 yrs and Iclebo for half a day this is wat I think :
1. Vacuum- Iclebo is slightly quieter than Roomba 530
-Iclebo take shorter time to clean my room as it's more
systematic in it's navigation
-Iclebo dun bump onto furniture or doors
-Roomba has a virtual wall which make it easier to partition a room that u wanna to vacuum especially for house that have open concept kitchen
2.Handling- prefer Roomba coz it has a handle on top so turning the machine over its easy
3.Maintance- Irobot needs to go for servicing every half a year ( cost $50+ per trip when warranty expire)
- according to Iclebo salesman no servicing is required as the machine is air tight so dirt will not be trap at the motor.
4. Cost - Irobot is cheaper
Additional plus point for Iclebo is the on site warranty and the mopping function ( not comparable with scooba )
The mopping is more suitable for my house as my room flooring are parquet
n dun think can use scooba as water get in the gap. I have a crawling baby so Iclebo mopping just serve as a dettol wipe . :imanangel:
Btw there is a 5%discount if recommend 3 ppl to buy n additional 5%more if can get 10 ppl ( all the ppl in the gp will get the discount)I already got my 4 ppl in my gp can pm me if u need the discount  -
Intended to get an irobot for my mum. Tempted to get from Autovacstore since it’s cheaper. However, I’m concern about the servicing issues after the 1 year warranty. Read from forum that it’s recommended to service the robot once per year (as robot tends to wear off after the 1st year). And since Autovac is not the authorized retailer, irobot will not provide any service/repair. So where should we bring the robot to do the yearly servicing or repair after the warranty? How much will it cost?

if anyone is looking for a really good dustmite killer machine can try LUX (pronounced as looks). Price wise around to same as delphine but lower then rainbow but among the 3 i will take lux anyday.
The machine is quieter but its still has very good suction and its lighter the looks very sleek and yet the job is very very good not water base but its dust bag is 3 layers thick, i bought this machine in 2009 for 2k plus still using it now, i even bought the carpet cleaner extension. oh ya the machine is Swiss made.
I bought this because s has asthma i have very bad sinus and DD has very sensitive skin. -
iclebo … sigh… yest he doesnt know how to go back to its power station… died underneath my DD’s bed… we looked all over thought people kidnapped him… then this morning refuse to sweep… only want to mop… no choice contact vendor to do healthcheck for him… got temper one !!

Could be your station position no good , I think need like 10cm open space at both side ( u can check wif vendor I not too sure)
Or
You shift your furniture while it navigating
Or
It has some error (eg low batt, front wheel got stuck ... Etc) -
