Hi, I thought only one parent IC is enough for the registration.

Furthermore, you are the PV, I guess best to check with school first.
I have send email to school to ask, no reply until now. Moe website say both parents IC. I will go to school to check if I still cannot receive any response. Thanks.

Anyone knows how the results of P1 registration are usually announced? Got to go school and look frantically at their bulletin board for our kids names on the results date?

You will be required to fill in the registration form on the day of registration. The registration form comprises of carbon copies. The school will send you a carbon copy indicating the outcome of the registration.

If you can't wait to receive the carbon copy, the easiest way is, of course, to call the school.

No, both parents' NRICs are required.

Thank you for the reply. Tot its like we have to go school and scan for our kids names on the schoolboard or something. Heng ah, no need to take extra day leave :boogie: If call them they sure fed up by high call volume by KS parents like us  or we also :frustrated: cos our calls cannot get through their line after results day!

Nevermind I continue to be KS and call call call....

note: if both parent having address on the IC to be different: no matter due to what reason by Father Address will be follow. and the School distance is based on Father Address on IC.

Hi Fresher, the registration schedule is already out on MOE website. Phase 2B is on July 19th and July 20th and Phase 2C is on 30th, 31st and 1st Aug.

They give 2 dates is to avoid human traffic jam. If there is only 1 date for registration for Phase 2B and Phase 2C, the school administration sure crowded until queue outside school compound. Also the 2nd date is also to give alternative option in case some people cant take leave or go down to register on one particular date. I am relieved about that though. 😓 It would be really stressful to only have 1 date per phase. It will be a replica of years ago Singaporeans queuing for Hello Kitty overnight at McDonalds. :faint:

                        You mean two days?

P2C registration usually lasts for three days. Two/three days are to give parents more time, just in case they can't make it on the first day. However, parents use the second day to carry out their strategies.
