Just compared my mum's old flat - big rooms which can accomodate queen sized bed, super big kitchen (envious ) - to my niece's spanking new flat with rooms that can only put single beds and the kitchen that is so narrow that there is no need for walking to get your stuff, u just need to turn one round

My kitchen is so small that after putting my fridge, washing machine, basin & stove, it only allow one person to move around. The worst thing is the small area also include the area for hanging my clothes indoor. :siao:

our mr khaw should move into a flat, stay there for a month and see how things are…just like our transport minister…take the bus and the train…expeirence it personally. dont just talk and talk and talk. too much garlic (though healthy) pollute the air.

Size has not changed. Ruler has changed. Last time used cm to measure, then now turn ruler upside down and use inches. Numerals may still b the same but unit of measurement not the same!
