Any good recommendation for water-based gel for face? As light as possible cos I can't stand oiliness.

Tried to apply moisturiser twice a day (usually only once at night) to reduce fine wrinkles & dehydration, face start getting oily & pimples

U can try hyaluronic acid serum to act as moisturiser if u cant stand oiliness on face.....

Oh really? Hyaluronic acid can double up as moisturizer? Ok, I shall stock them up!
For ladies who cant stand oiliness of the cream, hyaluronic acid is good to moisten the face as it binds moisture well in the skin.
As for me , i would need to use a moistuiser on top of a hyaluronic acid serum.

Not working for me. Last time used to work. Think getting old...wrinkles coming out.
oh......if u have matured skin with lines, hyaluronic acid alone is def not sufficient.
U will need a richer moisturiser with antioxidants,
such as the ingred list preferably contains Vit A, Vit E and Vit C , besides sodium hyaluronate, etc.....

Yes... when I first heard about bb cream. It sounded so magical. But actually it's just a foundation loaded with the extra. To me, it's existing technology. I heard some comments like wow... the skin looks flawless with bb cream. Actually... the skin usually looks better with foundation in any case. So I am not into bb cream.
hi - five...... :hi5: Same thoughts....
When i first heard abt BB cream, i thot it is a \" new invention\" or what ?? after reading the much raving abt it in mag.
I am not into BB cream too.
The color tone of most BB cream i have seen is too dark for my complexion.
Yes, la mer is expensive. But i only use it once a day (no need to much), it can last a long long time for up to a year.

last up to 1 yr ?? Wow....that is very long.
The problem with me is that i often used my facial products rather generously, so cant last for a long time.
For eg eye cream, the 15 ml one can only last me for 1 over month.

Try not to use too much eye cream round the eyes.
I put a very tiny bit on nsew and use the finger tips to do a circular movement.
I used to put an amount smaller than a one cent coin round my eyes. But together with the nite cream, it does seem pretty heavy round the bottom side of my eyes resulting in tiny oil clot (油疱)。
Yes, i am aware of milia seeds formation if use too much of eye cream.
But my eye area is drier than the rest of my face, so i need to have a rich cream and tends to use more..... šŸ˜‰

Do u know of any parallel importers that sell Biotherm. I like their water base moisturizer, but a bit ex for me to buy direct from the stores.
Have u try those cosmetics shops at Peoples' Park ??
perhaps can also try Rey-im cosmetics hse at Katong Shopping Centre ?

I always buy from parallel importers. I bought the entire clarins range at 35% off shelve price, very affordable yo

I usually buy from Ocean at chinatown. I only know how to go there, can't recall the exact address. It's on level 3 corner unit, building is very near OG. I'm not sure if Ocean carries Biotherm since I always zoom in to clarins. You might want to call them up to check Tel: 65355175

Otherwise you can still go down to Chinatown to take at look. There are many competitors in that same building. In case the particular range you want is not available or out of stock, can always pop in to another shop to check

Too rich moisturiser got oil seeds, not so rich moisturiser got wrinkles... not sure which is worst :? :frustrated:

What brand of richer moisturiser is good and won't cause oil seeds?
