Thank you for the explanation šŸ™‚

I suppose if they are authentic, the qualities and feTures would be the same?

Have decided will probably get from http://superbmothers.blogspot.com/
      After browsing through many sites.

      I hv some questions though.
It is made of aluminum ? Dunno why my neighbor said if made of aluminum she does not want. Is it bad if made of aluminum ?
Probably, she is using induction stove, aluminum is unusable on induction cooker, you can read the reason in page 101 in this thread

[quote=\"superbmothers\"]we went to isetan at nex yesterday, a lot of ladies are there to touch and feel the demos there during lunch

Std starts from $85, Deeper $88 and Red Jumbo Grill $99 (Rare, you don't find it at Gmarket)
        .

May I know the price for the above three at Gmarket.

        Hi

http://www.gmarket.com.sg/?jaehuid=200003223 sells the domestic standard (the handle with hook hole) starting from $62.90 for most vendor.

Deeper has two options, Red and Ocher, the later is dull (brown) in colour, 5 layers of ceratinum coating, better at removing odors. Both cost the same selling from $69.90

Jumbo also two options, Red and Ocher Grill, the later has grill line which is same as the one selling in Isetan and has 3 layers of Ceratinum coating. Red jumbo has 4 layers of Ceratinum but no grill line. Isetan Red Jumbo Grill is exclusive and not available in http://www.gmarket.com.sg/?jaehuid=200003223 and there are not info of it on Happycall Korea website. Jumbo starts at $82.90

There are 3 vendors that sell authentic pans and is giving better gifts

This mayn't apply to HappyCall? HappyCall has a ceramic coating so the aluminium doesn't get into contact with food? :xedfingers: šŸ™ Please say yes. I love my 2 HappyCalls and I just bought a 3rd one!!

              Chenonceau:

The ones sold at United Square basement and Isetan are authentic. Just go and buy there. No need to order online.

The sealer is the silicone tubing that seals the pan when closed. It needs to be replaced when the pan begins to leak everytime you turn it over the other side.
              Chenonceau,

Does the United Sq store sell only the Std size? Or, does it carry other sizes as well?

Just want to know how to check if the Happycall we receive from vendor is fake or authentic?

My Happycall getting quite dirty on the exterior and I tried to scrub it but it did not work. Anyone can share tips how to remove the exterior stain? Also when would it be time to change the sealer? TIA.

Hi Zann, you can look into the FAQ in our second spree tinyurl.com/hcpspree02, the Q how to spot a fake pan, there are some pictures provided by Happycall to compare real and fake pan.

We use a metal stain cleaner to scrub the stain of the outer layer, it remove some but mostly cannot be scrub and if we scrub too hard, the porcelain layer will wear off. Waiting for astonish to see if it can do the job

BTW, how do you know if the food is cooked... Keep opening to check?
I used medium heat and still burnt some parts of the drumsticks I was cooking coz I couldn't look inside... I saw your blog on the roasted chicken but mine burnt despite only using medium heat for less than a minute and turning down to low heat for the next 5 minutes... I used Korean BBQ sauce and it was quite sweet. So how to control the heat for meats with such marinades?
