I think we may need to start an early & kiasu PSLE 2014 thread for our 2002 kids! After reading other posts and from my observation & comparison, I think 2002 kids are less discipline, less focus, have short concentration span - conclusion we cannot trust them to study on their own or prepare the PSLE with less supervision. We need to PUSH them real hard in order to make them move an inch!

Please share if your kids are otherwise stated above. Thanks!

Totally agree with you. my DD is like that too.

Took the day off yesterday to study with DDs for SA1.

lim72 you're right. DD2 (2002 baby) is a dreamer and has a short attention span. Literally have to sit with her for her to get her work done. I leave her side and come back in 10 minutes, I'll find her doodling on the exam papers :frustrated: . Really wanted to  but had to curb my temper, as DD2 does not respond well to scoldings...

Luckily DD1 is relatively self-disciplined so I more or less hands-off, just have to do some spot checking.

Really mentally drained and can't wait for the last paper on Thursday.

I am also mentally drained. Am I the only parent with a university degree but yet find it challenging to tackle some of the science questions and difficult to explain maths solutions? :stupid:

Wonder how I am going to cope when the kids reach P6 :nosebleed:

                      Hi all

For those whose kids have finished their Chinese Compo care to share on the topic given.

Boy play on roadside nearly kena bang by car. šŸ˜“

similar title with dd's SA1 CL compo ... she managed to use a lot of idoms coz they were allowed to use e-dictionary (the one from creative).... šŸ˜‚

she said she used more vocabs in CL than EL compo....

                        Morning club 2002!

Dd just sat for her Chinese paper. Last paper, English tomorrow. Hurray!
We went to JCube on sat, but the ice skating ring was so full that they could only let us in two and the half hours later. So we went back early on mon morning. dd had a great time.
We also went of JB on sun.
All the best to all 2002 kids who are still in the midst of their exams.
