I think there will be two answers for this question, 7 and 35.

Multiples of 7: 7,14,21,28,35
Next year : 8, 15, 22, 29, 36

The multiples of 4 must be (+1) of the multiples of 7 coz of ''next year'' (+1 year).
''Small'', you are right... both 7 & 35 are possible answers.
Usually, such question will state ''more than xx years old and less than xx years old''.
Eg. ''Janice is more than 10 years old and less than 40 years old\".

Multiples of 7 : 7 14 21 28 35
Multiples of 4 : 4 8 12 16 20 24 28 32 36

No, the bar for red beads was thicker than the blue beads one.

Just that their widths are the same, this will be easier for us to group them together to show (1 unit of red beads + 1 part of blue beads) is equal to 110 beads

i m very confused with the term ‘unit’ and ‘part’. do they mean the same thing?
