The dryer can help you a lot. Dryer is abt $400, just 1 mth of maid's salary, ROI very fast. What other automation do you have to cut work load.today is 5th day im maidless.. busy but loving it !! not that my maid is not good.. but it's just different without a outsider at home

Hi dears,
Is it true that a dryer will sky rocket my electricity bill?
We are a family of 2. I am using twice a week for full-load of clothes (1 on weekday and 1 on a weekend...when I use it on weekend, I throw in my 2 bedroom bedsheets as well). I am still waiting for my first electricity billl....and by what my friends tell me...my bill will be very huge cos of dryer.

I also use steam ironing ... Very fast only use half the time of wat I use in normal ironing. However the first few week of using steam iron is difficult coz not used to it. After getting the hang of it ,it's v easy.matrix0405:

I am putting in 3 hours of housework before work and 3 hours after work; house is clean and laundry all done with dinner and breakfast homecooked etc but I still can't squeeze in time to get a lunch done for kids  Great to hear from anyone with ideas. Thanks!
