        Hi

Per the book list form we received, here’s the dates (think it includes the uniform) :

        P1 only : 16-17/11, 21/11, 2/12, 3/12

        All Levels : 23/11, 30/11, 1-3/12, 11/12, 14-16/12, 28-31/12

For those who has already bought the textbooks, did you buy the English & Maths books as they are not included in the book list ?

In total, how much did you spend for brand new set of textbooks & stationaries ?

Understand from the bookshop auntie, they do not have Math textbook. I didn't buy anything extra other than those stated in the book list.

Can't remember the exact amount I paid on the books.. you can just add up the booklist items. 🙂

Do you have any idea do the BASC provides nap? Guidance on school work?

Yes, I mean Before/After School Care. I have totally no idea what to expect from BASC and what they do. Sigh~ cos initially didn’t plan t send her to one.

Have you shortlisted any? Where do you stay?

Hi, just for your reference, I am sending my daughter to KinderCorner2. They are a child care and after/before school care centre. This centre is located in Science Park 2. My daughter literally ‘grew up’ there as she has been going there since she was 18 months. I think the environment is quite nice and they have responsible teachers there.

Thanks BunBun for sharing. Its nice to continue your gal in a familiar environment. Too bad my gal's childcare do not have BASC. 😞

Hi Smallfly, you seem to be a fan of Cherie Hearts. 🙂

I'm staying near Redhill MRT.. trying to source for one near my place preferrably within walking distance. I know there's one at Leng Kee CC, Bright Kids school. They charge around $364.. Is this price reasonable? Cos I was checking out YWCA at Outram, and they charges only $290.

Oh ya. Another thing to consider when you choose the centre is, if there are any school buses willing to send your daughter from chij kellock to the after school care centre.
